COMPANY OVERVIEW
Laksh Enterprise is an engineering manufacturing company specializing in customized mechanical components for both domestic and international markets. We operate as a sister concern of Northern Engineering Company, expanding our reach to global clients while maintaining a strong presence in India.
PRODUCT & SERVICE SCOPE
Our products include but are not limited to: nuts & bolts, shafts, flanges, sprockets, couplings, bushes, and other precision-engineered parts.
Domestic Orders: Handled and delivered within India, subject to local taxation and delivery timelines.
International Orders: Exported in compliance with international trade regulations, including necessary documentation (invoice, packing list, CoO, etc.) and incoterms.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to:Written confirmation via email or purchase order (PO).Final approval of specifications and pricing.Advance payment or agreed credit terms (based on location and client history).We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
Domestic Market: Prices are quoted in INR and subject to GST and transportation costs.
International Market: Prices are quoted in USD/Euro (or mutually agreed currency), exclusive of import duties, taxes, and freight unless otherwise specified.
Payment terms are shared during quotation and may include advance payments, letter of credit (LC), or bank transfer.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Domestic: Delivery timelines depend on product type and customer location. Delays due to logistics or unforeseen events will be communicated in advance.
International: We ship via air, sea, or road as per agreement. Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) apply and will be defined in the proforma invoice.
Shipping risk passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the logistics provider.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
Domestic: Returns accepted only in case of manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Customer must provide valid proof and coordinate return logistics.
International: Claims for damage or defects must be raised within 10 days of receipt, along with clear photographic evidence and inspection reports (if applicable).
All claims are subject to internal verification and approval.
WARRANTY
We offer a standard manufacturing warranty of [Insert Duration] on all products against material or workmanship defects under normal usage. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product and application.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Domestic Clients: All legal matters will be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction will lie with the courts of Howrah, India.
International Clients: Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with international arbitration rules or mutually agreed legal forums. Indian law shall apply unless otherwise specified in the contract.
MODIFICATION TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
